Ken had always been a dog guy. He loved his beloved pets and enjoyed spending time with them whenever he could. Then one day, his dog passed away. Ken was also nearing the end of his life, so he asked the local shelter to be given a dog on loan.

The shelter sent over a senior Labrador and Ken immediately felt life had purpose once again. Ken loved the dog and enjoyed caring for him. It brought back joy of life for Ken to have the animal with him once again. Plus, the puppy got a foster home to care for him.
