Leia is a sweet dog who went to live with her owner’s parents for a little while. What the owner wasn’t expecting was that they would build such a strong bond together. Leia and the owner’s dad became quite fond of one another and spent tons of time together.
Then one day he didn’t come home from dinner with his wife. He had suffered secondary complications from cancer treatment and had to spend the night in the hospital. His wife could not remain with him due to restrictions from the coronavirus pandemic.
