When a team of rescuers found dogs chained up in terrible conditions, one was mostly skin and bones. You could see their bones and they looked tired under the weight of their chain. One dog looked so frail and like he might not make it without serious intervention. The team of rescuers stepped in to help.
At the time, the dogs were clearly in bad health. The dogs were very shy and skittish around other people, constantly barking. His caregivers believed that he was the victim of abuse because he had clearly not been treated with appropriate medical care and was not being properly fed.
