Owners Couldn’t Pay For Dog’s Cancer Treatment So They Surrender Her To A Rescue Team

A family’s dog started to suffer from serious medical conditions. She had blood in her urine and they weren’t really sure what was going on. But with time, it became apparent that she had a terminal cancer. The family couldn’t afford treatment for the dog, so they tried to put her down so she wouldn’t suffer. Instead, the medical team encouraged the family to surrender the dog to a shelter.

The family did, but the dog still faced serious struggles. The dog needed round-the-clock care, so finding a forever home would be a challenging. The team was worried they couldn’t give this dog everything she needed.
