Evie is a dog who rescuers found by LA rescue. At the time, the dog was scared, malnourished and in very poor health. The rescue team placed Evie with a caring foster family. But the foster family noticed from the moment the dog arrived that he was having a hard time adjusting and seemed to not find joy in normal dog activities.
She would sleep and sleep throughout the day, which showed she wasn’t doing well. The foster family was very patient though and ready to help once the dog was ready to accept their love and attention.
