A military couple adopted a dog to keep them company whenever the other was away. It happened quite frequently that one of them had to travel due to their role within the military. And that left the other one alone for long stretches. Adopting a dog seemed like a natural thing to do.
So they welcomed a dog into their home and they became inseparable. This couple loved the dog dearly. But trouble was about to strike. One day when the couple let the dog out to play, they didn’t realize the gate was open. Their beloved dog got away and despite their best efforts to find him, the couple couldn’t.
