#8 The Chow Chow
This breed tends to develop diabetes more often than any other dog. With regular insulin shots, diabetes is manageable if caught early. By doing so, the dog will be able to control both the bothering symptoms and its blood sugar levels. The most common symptoms of diabetes are: eating and drinking water more often, frequent urination, and weight loss.
Chow chows are also exposed to various types of allergies. Since its skin is itchy, the feet, tummy, skin folds, and ears of your dog will display signs like wounds and red skin. Your pup will typically lick these spots or scratch its face.
