Dog With Anxiety Gets A Shock Collar While At Doggie Daycare And Owner Upset

A man adopted a dog that had some anxiety issues. He figured that it would be good for the dog to get regular social interaction. So he enrolled the dog in doggie daycare twice a week at a local dog spa. The dog attended the daycare for a full year before the man made a troubling discovery.

One day when he picked his precious pooch up, the dog had a shock collar on that was designed to shock the dog more and more every time that it barked. He was very upset that the daycare had gone behind his back in that way.
