Pit Bull And Chihuahua Living At Shelter Form A Special Bond

Two dogs formed a strong bond while living at a shelter together. One was a pit bull and the other a chihuahua. The two were inseparable. At one point, one had to have a medical procedure. The other was distraught about his missing friend until they were placed back together again after the procedure.

The shelter staff as worried that this special bond would make the two dogs harder to adopt out. That’s because dogs that are inseparable are more difficult to put up for adoption because few people are looking for two dogs when they decide to adopt.
