Rescuers Find Dog With Glistening Fur And Find It’s Covered In Tar

Rescuers came upon a dog that was clearly in need of help. The dog looked like it had black glistening fur, but when they got closer, they made a shocking discovery. The dog was not a black dog at all; it was covered in tar. The toxic substance is poison for dogs and without quick action, this pooch wouldn’t make it.

There was no proof that the dog had undergone abuse. It seemed as though the stray dog might have been the victim of an accident. A police officer intervened to help the animal lovers rescue the animal and get him to a clinic.
