Law enforcement isn’t sure how it started, but there’s a stretch of road that is known for being the place for pet owners to abandon their unwanted animals. Because it’s such a hot spot for pet abandonment, law enforcement patrols the area regularly and does all they can to keep people from doing such an unthinkable thing to their pets.
And yet they can’t be everywhere along this road all the time and so pets still get abandoned here despite their best efforts. But one such abandonment was caught on camera and the perpetrator will face penalties for mistreating his dog.
