Foster Mom Takes 19-year-old Dog To Pick Out His Own Toy

Tragically, as dogs age, their owners are more likely to drop them off at a shelter. They need medical care and special attention that the owners can’t give. One dog had this experience. He’s 19-years-old but still has the spirit and spunk of a puppy.

His foster mom wanted him to feel special. When she took him out to the car for a little outing, he hopped right up into the car, ready to go. He didn’t look like an elderly dog in how he moved, though you could see it in his eyes. She allowed the dog to pick out a special toy that was all his own.
