Neighbors Feel Compelled To Do Something As They Watch Dog Cry With Mouth Taped Shut

Throughout the neighborhood, people knew that a dog was being abused. They tried calling the cops to get the dog rescued from the sad behavior. The dog’s owners would leave him outside for extended periods of time, which would make the dog cry out for help. To silence his cries, they taped his mouth shut.

The dog trusted no one because of the mistreatment that he had received. Neighbors finally couldn’t take any more. The neighbors went over the fence and brought the dog home with them. They named him Alfie and tried to rehabilitate him so he could trust people.
