Severely Neglected Dog Suffering From Health Conditions Gets Rescue He Deserves

Neighbors called animal rescuers to come check up on activity at a household where they believed dogs were being neglected and abused. When rescuers arrived, they discovered the animals on the property were indeed severely neglected. One dog, named Odin, was starving and had so many health conditions they were worried he might not survive.

The team could hardly recognize that he was a dog. The animal shelter knew that he needed rushed to medical care and a good foster home to care for him. His skin infections gave him a horrible smell. When he arrived at his foster home, he seemed confused and didn’t know what to do when he wasn’t on a chain.
