Neglected dogs tend to get defensive and be scared of other humans. After all, these animals are often put through the most troubling circumstances and harmed in unimaginable ways. When rescuers went in to save this poor dog, it was barking and very defensive. The rescuers believe that the dog has a skin condition and is worried about how painful it will be for it to be touched.

These animals are difficult to help and rescue. But once they do help this dog, his transformation is beautiful. The dog didn’t know that the people were there to help.
