Dog Rescued From A Puppy Mill Seems To Not Know How To Be A Dog

When these foster parents took this puppy from a shelter during the coronavirus pandemic quarantine, they weren’t sure what to expect. The dog had been rescued from a puppy mill and had lived through some trying circumstances. When they first brought the dog into their home, it was as if the dog didn’t know how to be a dog.

He was timid and very unsure of what to think about the whole ordeal. The foster parents were hopeful that he would open up and learn how to be a vivacious dog.
