Dog That Had Been Mistreated During Breeding Gets Pampered In New Home

She was a dog no one wanted because she was a pit bull and had strange looking ears. At eight years old, the vets estimated that she had mothered 10-12 litters throughout her time as a breeding dog. She had little quality of life and they believe she had her ears cropped. It was a poor job though.

Once her new owner got the dog ear surgery, the dog’s entire demeanor changed. She went from very shy and afraid of people to acting like a puppy despite her age. They believe that the animal had been in pain before the surgery.

Sadly, dogs used for breeding aren’t always treated with loving care and kindness.
