A photographer was out doing a shoot when she heard a distressed cry. She went in search of the sound because she was worried about what might be wrong. She knew from the noises that it was an animal in need. She saw movement near some bushes and got closer to find a dog tied to the railroad tracks.
The dog was young, probably just a puppy. The puppy was attached to the tracks by a cord tied to its leg. The woman knew the dog had to be very young because it still had a piece of umbilical cord attached.
