When rescuers found this dog, it was so neglected that they couldn’t even tell that it was a dog or that it was alive. It was just a giant fluff ball on the floor. But then they saw it move and they knew that they needed to act fast if they were going to save it.
So they went to work grooming the dog, knowing that this haircut could save its life. They weren’t sure how long the dog had been left just lying on the floor like it was. The dog was the pet of an elderly lady who had passed away.
