A dog grew up living life on a chain. And while she reached adult age, she seemed to be a puppy inside of a dog’s body. The shelter staff said that the dog seemed to really just want to be loved. When someone would sit down next to her, she would get closer and snuggle up into their lap.
The shelter staff put her in a foster home. The foster parents said she was such a great cuddler. Because the dog was tied up and likely abused, the dog jumps whenever something scares her. That was her only defense mechanism while tied up and so she does resort back to it at times.
