While the sound was quite faint and being drowned out by the loud noise of the highway, a man heard the faint cries of some puppies. There was a feral dog that had been alluding rescuers for a great deal of time and they believed that the dog had just given birth to a litter of puppies.
The man who heard the cries called in a special team of rescuers that he knew would be up for the task of rescuing these troubled pups. If anyone could find and rescue these sweet puppies, this was the team to do it.
