Dog Charged With Caring For Animals At Rescue Facility Adopts Orphan Calf

Lincoln the dog lives at Black Sheep Farm. The farm helps to rescue abandoned or endangered animals. One such animal that came to the farm was a baby calf that had been rescued from a dairy farm where he would have been killed for meat. Because the calf was taken from its mother so early in life, it needed a parent figure.

The dog took on that role of a parent for the orphaned calf named Calvin. When the calf first came to the farm, it was unsure of what to think. Then it came across the dog Lincoln and the two hit it of really well.

Watch the video to see how these two animals form a friendship that is so tight knit.

Animals care for one another without worrying about what others might think, which is completely selfless.
