A small dog encountered some very unfortunate circumstances. He was hit by a car and suffered severe injuries to his back legs. Those injuries made him paralyzed and caused him to pull himself around by his front legs. His owner couldn’t give the dog the treatment and special care that he needed, so he handed the dog over to an animal shelter.
The dog quickly got adopted but the new owner also was not able to care for the dog’s special needs. And tragically, this second owner abandoned the dog on the streets in his terrible state. This poor small pup needed someone to believe in him.
