When two dogs were rescued, they were in rough shape. They were wearing metal collars and had been severely neglected. Their teeth were worn down as if they had been chewing at their restraints or their owner had filed them down to prevent them from biting someone. The dogs were extremely skittish around people and were terrified during their first vet visit.

After they got some medical care, the dogs went to live with a foster family to recover. With time, they learned to trust other people and they began to relax more. In fact, they became like different dogs thanks to the love and attention of their foster family.
