Someone in a four-door sedan dropped off a severely neglected dog on the side of the road. The dog was suffering from severe malnourishment and basically looked like a skeleton. It was clear that the dog had been neglected and abused his whole life, which is tragic to see.

The authorities were unsure whether or not the dog would make it at first. But with time, the dog began to improve and get healthier. As the animal shelter offered the dog food, he began to fill out and look less like a walking skeleton and more like an actual dog.
