The team at an animal shelter was shocked and disappointed at the actions of one dog owner. The owner came in with two dogs, both of which were basically begging to have a better life. They did not want to go into the shelter and laid down on the ground outside to show they would not cooperate.
The owner tried to get the dogs to follow them inside, but the dogs refused. Finally the owner just picked the dogs up and carried them inside, almost laughing the whole way. The owner showed no remorse at treating the dogs so poorly.
