Pit bull dogs are known for being slightly more aggressive than your average dog. And Chihuahuas are small more docile breeds. So it’s surprising that these two breeds of dogs would become close friends. When two dogs were dropped of at a shelter it became clear to the shelter staff quickly that the two were fast friends and could not be separated.
They weren’t quite sure why these two pets had been abandoned, but through the process, they had begun to cling to one another for comfort. And now the shelter staff faced a challenge. They would need to find a home that would take both dogs since they clearly needed one another.
