A couple lost their two black labs on the same day. And shortly after the tragic accident that left them completely heartbroken, they got a delivery on their doorstep. The box was filled with the regular order of dog food the couple got delivered via a subscription service.
Before tampering with the food, the couple called the company to see if they could return the food in light of the unfortunate circumstances. The company not only refunded the order, but they sent flowers in the dogs’ honor and added the dogs’ photos to their memorial area of their website.
