#7 Louisiana, South Carolina, and Massachusetts (Stinging Insects)

Louisiana is the home of a few species of stinging insects. Hornets and wasps are a big problem in this area because they can’t lose their stinger. As a result, they can sting more than one time.

Numerous species of hornet, wasps, and bees are found in all three of the listed states. The majority of them are significantly more territorial and aggressive than bees, and when they sting, they can all cause anaphylaxis.

It is preferable to take preventative measures to avoid coming into contact with wasps than to take painkillers for stings. You should carefully dispose of all food and beverages, especially soft drinks. Check for wasps before consuming any sweet beverages you left alone for a while.
