6. Doberman Pinscher

This is another German dog that makes it on our list. Dobermans are known to be the ideal guard dog, and because of this, they are used by law enforcement as service dogs. They are very powerful and super fast, with lean athletic bodies.

Dobermans are intelligent and affectionate, and with proper training, they can become amazing family pests. They are loyal and will protect their families no matter what. Most people see them as aggressive and dangerous, but as you can see, that is not completely true.

These dogs need a lot of physical activity and space to run around. They adore going on long walks. If you want to have a Doberman as a companion, it would be great to also have a yard for him.
