Bulldog

Despite their sometimes more ferocious appearance, bulldogs are actually very mellow dogs, which is also part of the reason why the French bulldog has become one of the most sought-after dog breeds in the world. Part of the reason they are so laid back and do not want to do much exercise is related to their short snout, which gives them their signature labored breathing.

However, they are not as lazy as many have characterized them to be. They do require moderate exercise, and you need to make sure they get it as this breed is prone to getting fat really easily! If you want a bulldog, you will also have to make sure that their diet is adequate and that you are not too liberal with the treats, as they do love to eat.
