Great Pyrenees

If you want to be as close as possible to seeing a polar bear in a field in the middle of the US, then all you need to do is hope you get to see a Great Pyrenees in real life. These white, fluffy dogs are massive, but just as big as they are physically, so are their hearts.

They have been given many jobs over the years, which also included guarding livestock, and back in World War II, these white dogs were used to haul supplies around, making them veterans and war heroes too!

Did you know this white, fluffy dog is the royal dog of France? King Louis XIV made them the official royal breed in 1675. We think this adorable pup deserves it!
