Border Collie

Despite being the last on our list here, the border collie is by no means any less energetic when compared with the other dogs. If anything, they are just as full of energy, if not sometimes more than others, especially when you think about the fact that they are one of the best herding dogs around (specifically used for sheep in the English countryside).

If you ever get the chance to see them in action, you will see them stealthily crouching and watching everything before they get a massive burst of energy and run around until the job is done. And they are absolutely adorable when they do it too!

This breed of dog absolutely loves to run, and if you cannot accommodate something like that, it is better not to get them as they are full of energy and need to stay active in order to be happy. If anything, they will love agility games and training, and you will need to stay on top of it!

Some of these dogs are also on the list of the healthiest breeds out there. Find out which other ones join them here!
