Causes of dog poisoning

Dogs are known to explore the world with their noses and mouths, and sometimes they even ingest things that they shouldn’t.

There are so many substances out there that might cause harm, and many of them are oftentimes in or around your home.

For instance, there are a lot of human foods, like grapes and chocolate, that are rich in xylitol, which is harmful to dogs. Besides, the medications we use, whether we’re talking about prescription or over-the-counter ones, are also toxic.

Some plants could also cause harm to your furry friend, and while we’re discussing plants, there’s also another factor you need to consider: insecticides, fertilizers, and cleaners could cause damage to your pet’s health.
