While pugs can be rebellious and stubborn at times, they are typically interested in pleasing their owners and are effortless to care for.

One thing to be aware of is that their flat face, even if it’s adorable, can cause many respiratory issues. So, be ready to spend some money on vet bills. Also, wet, humid climates are not the best for them.
