These cats are usually very smart and energetic, and they could play around the house and pull mischievous pranks all day long. Another common trait of this breed is that they are actually very needy. They want your attention at all costs, and because they are so intelligent, the Siamese will do whatever they can to be in the spotlight.

While they are generally family-friendly and enjoy playing with children, these cats dislike having visitors. They are more like one-person pets. They get attached to their owners but are not thrilled by the company of others.
